GARMENT CARE?
To preserve the longevity and integrity of your piece, we recommend the following care instructions:
- Gently fold garments inside out
- Wash in cold water only
- Lay flat or air dry—never tumble dry

CANCELLATIONS?
As each order is individually prepared, we are unable to amend or cancel once it has been placed. This ensures your purchase is fulfilled with the utmost precision and care.

IMPORT DUTY?
EU Customers:
We ship with all duties prepaid, so there are no unexpected charges upon delivery.
Customers Outside EU:
International parcels may be subject to customs inspection. While we ensure all necessary documentation is provided, any duties, taxes, or delays incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence customs processing times.

Once your parcel has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages and recommend contacting your courier directly in such cases.
